LINCO can offer incubators from 10 eggs up to 121,000 eggs capacity. The Set & Hatch incubators are available in the range from 15,000 to 121,000 eggs capacity in both single- and multi-stage versions. The Set & Hatch machines are equipped with a unique control system ensuring uniform conditions for all the eggs trough-out the cabinet. In the single-stage machines every trolley is equipped with heating and cooling system to ensure maximum hatchability and chick quality. Hatchery Automation... Our line of hatchery automation systems is designed to observe the demand for high accuracy, easy cleaning (bio-security), gentle operation and low maintenance. All equipment is manufactured in stainless steel and being equipment with only quality components. The complete line includes equipment for: Automatic traying of eggs in the PS farm, egg reception, candling & transfer, chick / shell separators, grading & counting, stacking / destacking, soaking / washing lines and conveyor systems.
